Dan started in real estate in 2005 as a “hobby” investor and property manager with GORDON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Dan’s “out of the box” approach to real estate comes from a colorful background that includes; being a missionary child, US Army Veteran, analyst work for the EPA, researcher with a chemical and physics company that focuses on lighting, he is published in a global Physics journal, holds 2 patents, was a trustee for the Village of Homer, and was the founding member of a not-for-profit children sports program… that continues today. Dan holds a commercial designation and loves to work numbers with Investors. If you like to have fun and make money, Dan is your guy! Dan is highly personable and focuses on customer service and educating his clients on the finer aspects of the local real estate market. Bobbi, an active full-time real estate broker for 15 years, Partner with Team Gordon at RE/MAX Choice and an ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) for Dave Ramsey. She has a long history of being around rental and investment properties her entire life (her parents retired from renovating properties in the late 90’s) Her after school job during high school was working for a local Property Manager that handled campus housing for the University of Illinois. After college, Bobbi worked in the travel industry where she had the opportunity to be the Operations Supervisor for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games travel network. Laura is a long time Champaign County native. She and her husband Andy (who is a local attorney) have been married for 16 years and they have five children and five grandchildren. Laura has a history working with Chicago Title in Champaign, and was the office manager for Kaiser Abstract in Monticello. Both Laura’s work experience and marital relationship has given her a broader knowledge of the inner workings of the buying and selling process for real estate. Laura loves touring homes and is a wonderful bubbly people person. Ryann is a Rantoul Townie who likes to spend her off time exploring with her son Kayden, traveling with her family and friends, reading, drawing and photography. Matt is a Champaign Townie who graduated from St Thomas Moore, and then ISU with a business degree. Matt took an interest in real estate at an early age and spent many Sundays touring open houses with his mom. Growing up in Champaign gives Matt a great insight into the genetic makeup of Champaign, Urbana and all the neighboring towns. Matt is hungry, humble, and smart making him an outstanding member of our team. Matthew will be sure to accommodate all your requests and is sure to make you laugh in the process. Scott has over 15 years of experience as a real estate agent with hundreds of happy clients. He has previously owned a RE/MAX franchise in Arizona and has successfully managed all aspects of the home-buying and selling process for his team and clients. Scott has lived in the Champaign area most of his life and graduated from Illinois State University in 1993 earning an Economics Degree. He is recently an empty nester of two awesome kids and is looking forward to the next chapter of life. Scott enjoys spending time with his dogs, trying craft beer and is an avid sports fan. Blake is so excited to make the transition from the post office to be a broker with Team Gordon. He grew up on fixer upper and flipping shows and would always talk about doing real estate with anyone that would listen. Over the years he has been the "go to" guy for his friends and family when discussing investments (many of those in real estate) and now that he is licensed, he is looking forward to having constant conversations about the market while helping people with their buying & selling needs. Blake is married to the lovely Kyaira, and they have 2 kids Noah and Athena.
James is a 3rd generation Real Estate Investor and has a love for various types of games ranging from Tabletops to MMO’s to Strategy to Virtual Reality. He graduated with two degrees in Computer Science and previously was the Systems Administrator for eight hotels in North Myrtle Beach, until his parents made him an offer to come back to Central Illinois to partner in GORDON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and Team Gordon at RE/MAX Choice. His organization, attention to detail, and upbeat personality makes him a great addition to our team, AND YOURS, during any part of the Real Estate process.
Jenna was born and raised here in Champaign and received her bachelor’s in creative Writing and Theatre from the University of Illinois in Chicago. After college Jenna moved to Nashville, TN where she picked up two things: a knack for marketing and a husband. Jenna returned to Illinois to be closer to family and soon found herself working as a marketing coordinator for RE/MAX Choice which led to her getting her RE license in 2021. Now after taking a short pause to have her daughter, Jenna is back and ready to help the people in her community find a place they’ll love to come home to.
Peter is back in the workforce after being a full-time stay-at-home parent for twin sons over the last six years. The previous 16 years he worked in Washington DC with a background in IT project management., government contracts and staffing management in cybersecurity. Peter and his family love traveling to soak up local cultures and food. Camping, hiking, fishing, and sports of all sorts are other activities you can find him doing on a regular basis. We are confident that his personality and life experiences will benefit all his future clients in real estate!

Laura was on the ball. She always made sure I saw properties I was interested in and she would send me properties that met my… requirements/wants. She was interested in the type of house that would suit me and my family's needs and she found our perfect house! I loved working with her. She was truly a blessing for us.

Dan helped us get our home ready to be listed and helped us find a new home to purchase at the same time. He is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable about investments and a great negotiator. We knew we only wanted a 'transition home' until our house sells. Dan was great at finding us homes within a lower price range that we can turn into a rental when we choose to move in the future. I will continue to use Dan for all of our future real estate needs and have handed out his card to several of our friends who are considering a move in the future. Dan helped me buy my first house. Everything went smoothly, and I found and bought a house in my price range that I like a lot. I mostly just needed someone to guide me through the process, since I'd never done it before, and I'm not particularly organized. And I got just what I needed from Dan.

Laura worked very well helping me and my family buy a home. She is very professional and courteous, but also outgoing, which in today’s home buying world is a must. That being said she made us feel comfortable, almost as family, as we set out to buy our first home.
My brother and I own a couple rental properties in Champaign and we have been using Dan as our property manager since we both live out of state. We have been extremely happy with the services he provides. He always communicates in a detailed manner and has fast response times for any questions we have. He has been extremely thorough and detail orientated with market analysis for our rents and values of the homes when we considered sale of the property. He has shown that he can think outside the box to problem solve for us. I would recommend him for any of your business needs; he brings all the soft skills mentioned above as well as technical skills in the industry and outstanding professionalism and attitude.

Bobbi was amazing. There is no better way to put it. We were moving in from out of state and what we had lined up fell through. We then hired Bobbi and In about three days she put together a list of houses that met our requirements and we had our Neice and Nephew go out and help us view them through video chat. We made an offer and were off and running. She helped us through the whole process and has an entire team of people she can call on to support what you need. I swear she knows everyone here. I can't imagine there is anyone better at this profession. Thank you Bobbi and thanks everyone who helped through this move.

Dan was a great realtor. It was our first time buying a home and he walked us through every step of the process. He showed us all of the houses that we found and wanted to see. He also found some that we did not and asked us which ones we would like to see.
Dan will go out of his way to help you find a home. He is prompt, and courteous but never pushy. If you have bought homes before or not, he will quickly pick up on your level of knowledge and step in to help you fill in the blanks. Super guy and great to have around when buying a home.
